Founder Muthukumarasamy Muthurathnam began his career as a textile machine technician in 1997. Working with Italian machinery from Ferraro, Corino and Alea gave him practical knowledge of machine operation, maintenance and the needs of textile producers.
Tirupur’s knitwear story reaches back to the first hosiery units in the 1920s. Small specialist businesses grew around knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing and garment making, turning the city into a major knitwear centre. In 2004, he founded Spice International in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. Today, we combine that technical grounding with a global buying and selling network to help customers identify used machines that fit their process and budget.

Buying a machine internationally takes more than finding a listing. We help connect the technical and logistical steps so the equipment reaches your production floor.
We discuss your fabric, output, working width, utility connections and preferred brands. Our international contacts help locate used machinery that suits the process, and we review the available machine information before you decide.
Once a machine is purchased, we coordinate shipping arrangements, export documentation, customs clearance and transport. We plan for the practical details of moving heavy textile equipment from the seller’s country to the customer’s site.
After arrival, we arrange onward transportation and supply the machine to your factory. We support installation at the customer site so the equipment can be prepared for its next production run.
